Founder's Story
I didn't start Kavan because I had everything figured out.
I started it because I felt like I was disappearing.
Into responsibilities. Into motherhood. Into being everything for everyone else.
From the outside, everything looked fine. But within myself, I felt distant — like I had slowly lost connection with who I was.
So many women are living this way. Showing up. Giving. Holding everything together. But quietly feeling unseen, even by themselves.
Kavan began as a way back.
